I ordered this lovely box for my daughter for her Confirmation. I spent so much time looking around that I was very late ordering, and never expected the item to make it on time for her special day. I also had a hard time fitting the words I wanted in the alloted characters. One phone call, and Sharon said she would made it work. I later got an email that she had engraved the item and mailed it that same day! The box arrived the day before her Confirmation and is beautiful!
