Adorable baby in bassinette with ribbon color of
your choice will highlight this beautiful 8"x10" plaque
with a 4"x6" photo frame that will be mounted vertical.
Choice of plaque color, metal plate color, and
ribbon color. Plaques are 8"x10" wood composite.
Personalized with up to 8 lines in your choice of font.
Baby's name, birth date, time of birth, weight, length,
and special message such as "...and we love every
inch of him/her" are some suggestions for your engraving.

This is the second Birth Record I have gotten here and I couldn't be more pleased. I got the black marble for my grandson and now the white marble for my new granddaughter. They are perfect in their own rooms now, but would look good later hung together on a family photo wall. I received this in record time! Thank you!

The plaque is beautiful and perfect in every way! The response to my order was immediate and was shipped almost that quickly. It was a wonderful gift for my first grandchild and his parents liked it a lot. They have very modern taste and an embroidered sampler is not their taste. This fulfilled that place elegantly! I will definitely get one for his Baptism and hopefully other future occasions.
